- ABOUT THE SPACE
MindSpa901 is a small, intentionally quiet wellness space built around NeurOptimal® neurofeedback and the recovery modalities that pair best with it. No fluorescent lights, no rushed appointments—just a space designed for your nervous system to settle, reset, and do its own healing work.
— MEET ARWEN
Arwen Vernon is a longtime enthusiast of biohacking technologies and natural, non‑invasive therapies for health and wellness. She first encountered NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback™ in 2017 while working in a wellness center in Kentucky and has seen, and personally experienced, how profoundly this training can support change over time. After a concussion, NeurOptimal® played a key role in her recovery, and ongoing training has helped her navigate Lyme disease symptoms, post‑Covid brain fog, anxiety, and focus and clarity challenges.
Like many clients, Arwen’s own path into NeurOptimal® began with simple goals—better sleep, more focus, and steadier emotional ground—but the results were so quietly transformative that she pursued Advanced Trainer certification through Zengar Institute and brought the work to the Memphis area. Around her core neurofeedback practice, she’s curated a small, deliberate menu of recovery modalities she trusts most: amethyst Biomat sessions, LightStim Pro Panel red light therapy, and Normatec compression, each chosen to support the nervous system and pair seamlessly with brain training. Outside the studio, Arwen is a constant student of self‑regulation and personalized wellness, equally happy to nerd out with clients who want to go deeper or keep things simple for those who just want to feel better and build a more flexible, resilient, and optimized brain.
First visits include a short conversation about what you're hoping to support. No pressure, no upsell — just an honest first session.
